Patriotic Pigtails

Check out The Bean's newest hair accessory - patriotic pigtails!! 

I had full intentions of writing a step by step photo tutorial on how to make these Fourth of July hair bows, but time just slipped away from me and now it's the eve of Independence Day. I completed the bows on time, but the tutorial will have to wait for another occasion.
